She actively participated in initial discussions for the regulatory framework for fintechs and payments in Brazil, and works as guest professor about these themes in different schools. Jihane is part of the Ignite Mentoring Group invited by Stanford University and is a former MeLi. Currently, it actively collaborates on numerous fronts for Brazil to become a fintech nation.

Júlio Alexandrino

Júlio has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the State University of Maringá (UEM), with a specialization in Contracts from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). He has been advising investment funds, corporate ventures, accelerators, angels and startups, both domestic and foreign, for over 10 years, in investment raising transactions (pre-seed to Series B-C) and M&A.

Julio’s practice also includes drafting of strategic contracts, legal structuring of innovative businesses and implementation of business accelerators and corporate ventures, drawing on his experience of over 15 years in the field of development new products in the pharmaceutical and software technology industries.

With expertise in transactions in the financial and capital markets, in equity, debt, and debt restructuring operations, credit operations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate reorganizations, and day-to-day corporate matters, mainly of publicly and privately held corporations and limited liability companies.
